Is this a jetpack error, and if so what is the best way to fix it? Looks like a missing table.

What is the URL of the site with the problem, and do you have any backups of your database?

I would prefer not to reveal the domain if possible, as the customer has not authorized that disclosure. Could you share with me the steps you would take and I could do that?

We do have database backups going back a few months, however I don’t know if the problem was introduced recently or not.

If this were my site, I’d make another copy of the database, then restore the old backup to see if that fixes it.

I did notice though that this seems to be for JetEngine rather than Jetpack. I wasn’t able to find a support link for that plugin, but do you know how to reach them or find their documentation?

That’s what I was asking, first, because I wasn’t sure if that’s a jetpack error or not. Thanks!
