Yes, the CleanTalk plugin is free, however the CleanTalk Service is not.
The plugin requires an active access key to work, without an active key it will only show you what data could have been blocked.

so that means this plugin is useless without access key right ?
Without an access key the plugin can not connect to the CleanTalk Cloud and function properly.
