Is this like using an overlay?

    Hi,
    Does this function like an overlay over original page or an iFrame in it?
    What would search engines see vs visitors?
    If I have article content yet point page to another URL will the page get indexed for the content keywords or is the page basically a 301 redirect in the source code?

    No, it works in two ways: Any time the “page” or post is displayed in your theme, it will to the URL you have specified. And if you send someone to the original URL (what the URL would be if Page Links To were <b>not</b> used), they will get a 302 redirect to the URL you have specified.

    iframes and overlays are not used.

    So basically it is a 301/302 redirect tool, needing a post created and linking it to another URL? Instead of typical htaccess directive?
