@delvethemes thanks, but I found an ideal solution in a plug-in by wponlinesupport which did the trick and I cannot fault their customer service based on my initial experience.

@hg98 – sure the plugin I’m using is WP Featured Content and Slider Pro by wponlinesupport I actually ended up plumping for the Lifetime Plan for 1 site which gave me a whole load of other plug-ins etc. Lifetime Plan The support guys were very responsive to help me get my Timeline looking and working how I wanted it to. I’m afraid I’m not able to show you my timeline as it’s on a site in development and won’t be live for a few more weeks.

All I need are the following 2x features to work on this timeline:
1. Ability to use the formatting within the plugin i.e. bold, underline, color, etc.
2. Ability to have the links be active.
The PRO version, which I paid for but have had ZERO support regarding these issues, does have the ability to do these things BUT it DOES NOT translate to the LIVE timeline.

I’ve been trying to bat for you re: no response but after a while, I just gave up.
You have an AWESOME plugin & we don’t mind paying for it but … the PREMIUM package does need to be supported.
Can you please give everyone a reason for the lack of response?
I’m sure everyone will be sympathetic if it was something that took you offline for a while.
In any case, I, for one, am glad you’re still around.
