All I can say is this, the plugin work fine on the front end however as soon as I try to edit with elementor or edit the website by clicking on customize. it load indefinitely and I cannot edit the back end while this plugin is activated, I always have to turn it off.
When you said, do you mean ajax loader keeps loading ? (whats does it mean) I dont get it

I have tested it on my test site and it’s working fine for me using the latest versions of the Astra theme and Ivory Search plugin as displayed in these screenshots

This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporarily deactivating all plugins except the Ivory Search & Elementor plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.
