Hi, last few days that I’ve tried to do a simple export with this plugin has caused my site to crash (503 Service Unavailable The server is temporarily busy, try again later!)

Is there a reason why this plugin is so intensive on our web server? How can we mitigate this?

    hello

please, try to deactivate other plugins if you can .

Where to start though? This is a live site, only using plugins we need. We haven’t really added or removed any since the problem started happening.

    Ok, don’t deactivate plugins
    .

    1. Please, open section “Setup Fields” and remove all fields except “Order ID”

    2. Put same order ID in “Orders range” filter.

Wasn’t sure what you meant by #2 so I just kept it the same (exporting all orders this month with status = processing) and removed all fields except order ID.

Same problem, when I hit export site crashes with 502 service unavailable and server goes to extreme high load.

I believe I may have found conflicting plugin, however it’s too soon to say for sure…

Let me try it for a few more days and see. I will report back.

    ok, I’ll wait for news.

Plugin developers of Woo Manage Fraud Orders pushed an update with these release notes

“fix: garbage clean: related to 2-3-bug-query-per-user-in-admin.”

Since then we’ve not had any issues, so it seems this plugin was the issue.

Thanks again for your help, I think we can mark this resolved.
