As a matter of fact, when checking on a pro version it is doing the very same thing, Im only getting shortcode now, I havent upafted all the sites to WP 3.5 so that isnt it.
Im pretty disappointed all of a sudden none of them works. whats the deal?

I have been using the pro version of this plugin for a couple of months and it is working fine. I haven’t yet upgraded to 3.5, so I can’t vouch for that, but it is functional. Perhaps you have a conflict with another plugin?
It’s strange that I mention, if you have installed and activated the plugin would have to run shortcodes. It is very possible that you have some other plugin that causes conflict with the ultimate.
so for some strange reason a refresh of the sites today made most of them go back up (very peculiar). Ive still got some that dont work but after a few refreshes with no other plugins they work but the plugins that stop them form working aren’t at all the same ones (each site has different plugins). for the one in particular I am working with it seems the video gallery plugin doesn’t like to be inserted inside a tabbed group like with this plugin
