Dear support,

1.Is this plugin can set a signup reward program? User can get a reward after he or she signup?

2. Is this plugin can set an ordered reward like this: customer can get 10% of the order money points, for example, the order is 100$, customer will get a 10$(100points)?

Hello,

1. Points and Rewards for registration is only available in the Pro Version.
2. Yes, this is possible in the free version.

1. I have actived the pro version but I still not see register on earn point method(https://prnt.sc/wj97iw)
2. May I know how to set it?

If you’re using the Pro Version, you should contact the Pro Customer Support directly.

Go into WooRewards → System → Support and send a “Help for plugin setup” request. We will help you configure your system.

All earning points methods are not available in the setup wizard (we have too many to have them all here).
