Is this plugin MultiSite Compatible?

Yes, Content Aware Sidebars fully supports multisite/networks. You can enable the plugin on network level, however, each site still need to setup custom sidebars/widget areas – you cannot create a sidebar and apply it to all sites in the network at once.
