Is this plugin MultiSite Compatible?

    Can the plugin be Network Enabled and then each subsite owner sets up their own Tidio account?

    Hi!

    Thank you for writing in.
    I’m sorry but I’m not sure what do you have in mind by “Network Enabled” – however you can install a different Tidio project or a separate account for each subsite – this way there will be different widget settings and different operator on every subsite, or the same operators but different settings.

    Perhaps you should escalate this question to somebody who understands how WordPress MultiSite works.

    Yes, I need a different Tidio account on each subsite.
    But obviously, the plugin needs to be installed just once, network wide.

    Hi!

    Thank you for writing back.
    I’m really sorry but we do not have a possibility to achieve it with a plugin, you would need to install the JavaScript code manually for each subsite.
