Is this plugin MultiSite Compatible?

    Can the plugin be installed on a WP MultiSite network and either:
    a) Activated globally via “Network Enabled” mode with Global settings?
    b) Activated globally via “Network Enabled” mode and configured for each subsite?
    c) Activated individually on each subsite?
