I just paid $150 to upload Genealogical Tree-Pro for WP. I can’t get into the software. The link on this plug-in is broken. I have tried and tried to contact “Support” but no response. They are in France. No phone is listed. Is this a scam?
My client has had this plugin for about a year and the support was amazing. Always got a fast response and if they needed to log in to check issues, we provided that and they got right in and determined the issue. I hope someone at ww.wp.xz.cn investigates to see if this an unsupported plugin at this point. Still haven’t gotten a response of any kind in the past month.

My client has decided to move to an offsite way to show the family trees. He won’t be using this plugin going forward.
