Is this plugin working?

Hi, is this plugin working? I`m asking because all the other ones that used to do that stopped working. I used to use this one: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/optimize-images-resizing/

Is it for sure this plugin will never delete the original image? Thank you very much!
