is this possible with plugins?

I am planning a website build using wordpress 4.1 and need to know if this is possible and/or how to do it.

Lets say I have a large number of sales reps, each registered in my system database and each with a login to my website which leads them to their own individual client area.

Each of these reps maintains a separate list of products that are all identified in our system by an identifier code eg: 123456 or 123dfk etc.

I also have a form on my website for customers to make enquiries and provide feedback about these products.

The form will ask the customers information etc. and also the identifying code of the product.

Using this identifying code, the form is submitted and directed to the client area of the sales rep that is responsible for this product.

The submitted form data will display in the client area of the rep for viewing, printing etc.

I need to know if there is an existing plug in that can do this out of the box, or if there is one that could be customised to accomplish this?

I am not a coder so indepth details, while they will not help me, but may help others so please feel free.
