Is this possible with WordPress MultiSite?

I would like to offer users the ability to create their own subdirectory upon subscribing to my main site. In addition, their subdirectory should mirror all the content & posts of the main site with the exception of the “contact form” my subscribers should be able to receive messages to their own email. For example:

websitename.com (main site)

websitename.com/john

When someone visits (websitename.com/john) and fills out the contact form, that message is emailed to John and not me

Is all this possible with wordpress Multisite? If not, please point me in the right direction. Thank You
