I’m not certain that it is Subscribe2 – if it is then it’s been hacked a little for the site you link to.
Ok thanks, This added info mya help in working out what plugin it as as I would like to do the same thing as well.
This is an example of an email that sent:

Those links at the end of the email you’ve pasted in are not from Susbcribe2. It must be another plugin.
