    Hi there,

currently there are no known incompatibilities except that the Direct Debit Gateway is not prepared for Subscription Payments.

    cheers

Great, thanks for answering! (We’re using Paymill for SEPA so that’s not an issue.)

    Hi,

I installed WooCommerce Subscriptions now, but see a few problems. See this screenshot: http://storage9.static.itmages.com/i/16/0809/h_1470760554_2497835_3eb2c539f1.png

    1. Is it necessary that the 0,00 € is shown at top. I think it is confusing for customers. Maybe “–” or “–” (ndash) would be better.
    2. The Shipping is not calculated including tax
    3. The MwSt-part is missing.

This is for the “cart” page, but it’s the same for the “checkout”.

The order_received page is also a bit confusing in my opinion: http://storage9.static.itmages.com/i/16/0809/h_1470761503_1421881_d6cca75ca0.png I think it should not say “0.00 €” but the actual subscription price per month here.

Interestingly, the subscription details page under mein-konto/view-subscription/4749/ looks fine in my opinion:

    Any chance to fix these?

    Kind regards,
    Gerd

Also, “Einheitspreis (€)” does not seem to be working. Maybe this is just because for “Variable Subscription” there is no “Allgemein” tab as there is normally. And hence also no way to enter “Einheit” anywhere (which would be “kg” in my case).

Maybe a simple check would do here: If “Allgemein” tab is not present, create it first.

Anyway, whatever I enter under “Einheitspreis (€)” under “Varianten” tab, it’s always gone after saving.

    Thread Starter gerd.neumann

    (@gerdneumann)

Ok, I was able to make the ‘Allgemein’ tab visible with the browser devtools and then save ‘kg’ as ‘Einheit’. It was just ‘display: none’ (probably a Subscriptions bug that I reported upstream now).

Still, the ‘Einheitspreis (€)’ is always empty after saving. I give up for now.

Sorry, for Spamming: Got it after setting also ‘Grundpreiseinheiten’ under ‘Allgemein’. So this is solved 🙂 But the issues in comment 4 still prevail 🙁

    Hallo,

Any news on this, I mean do you consider this an issue you’ll look into? I guess the 2 issues (miscalculated Shipping without tax and the missing MwSt. in one case) are probably just some missing ‘add_filter’, and hopefully easy to fix.

I’m also happy to open a ticket at the Subscriptions plugin, in case it’s there fault that they do not obey to the way WooCommerce actions/filter are supposed to be applied. Currently, it’s a real showstopper for us.

If you want I can send you the current version of WooCommerce Subscriptions by private mail so you can check yourself.

    Kind regards,
    Gerd

    Hi,

I think this may be problems either theme-specific or configuration-specific. I’ve just installed the newest Subscription version and tested it. I had no problems regarding taxes. Taxes are shown and calculated correctly during checkout process. Maybe you have chosen an invalid tax rate for the specific subscription or the specific tax rate is not applicable because of country specific settings.

    cheers

    Hi,

thanks for the answer. Reading it though it somehow reads a bit like a misunderstanding. Just to make sure: Can you confirm that you do not see the two problems like in this screenshot? http://storage9.static.itmages.com/i/16/0809/h_1470760554_2497835_3eb2c539f1.png I am talking about the 2. and 3. point.

    Hi there,

I’ve just been checking this again. Seems to be only appearing if you have set a “free trial period”. I’m going to check this again and try to apply a fix for our next release.

    cheers

    (@gerdneumann)

Thanks for rechecking. We do not have “free trial period” activated, but it’s a monthly subscription synchronized to the 1st of month and no prorate: The effect is probably the same as for the “free trial period”, i.e. initially nothing is charged but only later with “recurring totals”.

If you need more information let me know. I could also sent you a full-page screenshot of our Subscriptions settings and our Variable Subscriptions product configuration in case it helps (probably better with private mail then)

    Hi there,

you may install our latest GitHub-Master and try the results yourself. We have added the tax notice and improved tax calculation for shipping methods:

Thank you. I tested and it works. Looking forward for a release 🙂

One last thing I noticed is that the “Lieferzeiten ausblenden” and “Versandkosten ausblenden” does not work on product basis for Subscriptions. This is what I mean: http://storage9.static.itmages.com/i/16/0824/h_1472072134_8856964_eefe0a5e37.png

    Hi there,

I’ve just tested the feature and it seems to work like a charm. Do you have latest WooCommerce installed? I see there is some older version of select2 visible within your screenshot..

    cheers

Any ETA when this will be released? The github version works, but I do not want to run a github HEAD version on a production webshop, but would prefer a proper release.

I just now noticed the info “Last Updated: 1 week ago” at https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/woocommerce-germanized/ – but there’s no changelog or update notification within my WordPress Update page. Could it be that you forgot to increase the version number?

    Thank you!
