ISO a specific plug in

I am looking to create a meet the team page and I have a very specific look in mind but cannot seem to locate the correct plugin. I want to be able to have one picture and then either when you hover or click on the picture, a different picture will appear. The only things that I can seem to come across are ones that are in a grid or thumb layout and then pull up a slideshow type sub picture when clicked. Thank you in advance for your suggestions.
