iso plugin for site idea.

I’m looking for a plugin that can do the following. I’m not sure where it would fall under.

So we have a career site. We have some questions and people are going to respond to it. almost like a forum. But I would like to capture certain responses and have them scrolled elsewhere on the site It will b e moderated of course before I have them scroll or show up.

I was thinking rss+forum? not sure. Any advice would be appreciated. Accessible plugin would help too.
