    I got 2 popup, one works fine, one FLIRTY does not open if I select show only on pages. and also does not open on mobiles.

    We have checked and noticed that the two popups are normally displayed on your website.

    As to the second popup, you have set it to be opened during the on-scroll.

    Both of these two popups are normally opened on the mobile version. 
    So, please check the case again and confirm whether everything works fine or not for you now.
