    Hi,

    Please add this code to the active theme’s header and it will disable the zoom that iphone does automatically:

    <meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1, maximum-scale=1.0, user-scalable=no" />

    Thanks, another issue: Also when closing the chat window, the image is gone.

    Hi,

    We found that it is an isue with the ewww-image-optimizer-options plugin .

    We released a new version with a work around. Please upgrade and check.
