Issue about setuping pro version

I already ask you by email but no answer in 3 days,

I bought a professional version of your plugin, I would like to know I need to put the setup at sitewide because it is install on a blog.

Other thing, I can’t find the way to enable the autofill, should I do it post by post (will take long time…)

Ps: You should have a bigger documentation for Professional use.
