Issue after changing the URL

Hi,

I just changed the domain name of my website and I have a problem with this plugin that I was not having before.

The new domain is: http://azuretcapital.com/
The old domain was: http://azur.risecomm-demo.ca/
The page I refer to is : http://azuretcapital.com/equipe-gestion/

When you expand the lightbox of the 1st team member for example, it tries to load a page with the old URL in the back, which is causing the error message.

Is there a way to fix this?
