There is a temporary issue with review forms hosted on CusRev website that leads to some reviews being posted as “Private” instead of “Live”. Could you please try the following workaround solution:
- Log in to your dashboard at CusRev website
- Navigate to the “Reviews” page
- Click on the “WooCommerce” button next to reviews that were mistakenly posted as “Private”
- Refresh the page in your WordPress admin console and check the reviews again

Thank you for your quick answer. I did what you suggested and it kind of worked but it was not ideal :
– When I click the woocommerce button, it duplicates the review on my woocommerce store. I add to remove the original ones.
– Some reviews encountered errors when posting them again > They were posted correctly the first time. (error, typeError: Cannot read properties of null (reading (displayLocationCountryCode’))
– The cusrev dashboard only let me see 5 reviews at a time. I find it hard to work with. I have 320 pages of reviews because of it.
Is the issue resolved on your end or future reviews will have the same problem ?

Yes, unfortunately, reviews in the “Live” mode will not overwrite old reviews in the “Private” mode. You will need to manually delete the “Private” reviews from your WordPress admin console.
Please reach out to us here about the “displayLocationCountryCode” error.
The issue with the “Private” / “Live” mode has just been resolved. Please check if you will receive any new reviews in the “Private” mode that should be “Live”.
