You can select different moths/eyar using the navigation icons

Mmmm but its not the best way in terms of usability, that input is for birthday. Imagine if my client was born on 1967, he had to use that navigation icon until he find his year or his mounth

I’m afraid what you are currently noticing is the default behaviour of the “Date” field. I’ll make sure to bring this into our team’s attention to see what further could be done to improve the UI regarding this in a future release.
In the meanwhile, you can use Forminator plugin and use its form to capture data as its date field does provide the following layout as seen in the screenshot below which should allow selecting the month and year much easily:

In order to make the Forminator work, you’ll have to create a new Hustle popup and make sure to select the “Type” as “Informational” which creating the popup so that you could add the newly created form shortcode in the “Main Content”:
