Issue During Manual Restore

    I am trying to restore this site to a new LAMP server.

    Server : Ubuntu 18.04
    Apache : 2.4.29
    PHP : 7.2.17

    After extracting the archive on the server and running the test.arisannagroup.com/install.php I am immediately redirected to test.arisannagroup.com/dup-installer/main.installer.php

    The problem is then that the Duplicator page is Blank and never loads. I have confirmed that main.installer.php is not empty. Have rebuilt the server.

    I am not sure where I am going wrong at this point.
