issue in elementor JS

    hello 10 web ,
    i have my website added to 10 web booster which i have transaition in entrance page with preloader from elementor
    and animation fade in up with elementor
    and pop up menu from elementor
    when i use 10 web booster , pre loader became so big and ugly and need click to load page !
    and when i disable it , i find fade in up animation disapper
    also toggle button in menu to show sub menu is not showing anymore ( icon + submenu items )
    i exculded elementor + elementor pro from JS and 10 web deleted all optimized pages at all
    i just want know which pages i need exculde , for animation part and for preloading and submenu toggle , because it’s testing website then will provide it to my client so please provide us what we need to do in this situation to fix it by ourselves \

    Thank you for contacting us. We apologize for the caused inconvenience.

    The pre-loaders conflict with the optimization techniques. Thus we don’t advise having a pre-loader enabled when optimized the website speed. However if you still prefer to have the pre-loader on, you can:

    1. Optimize the website speed with Balanced mode instead. When the technique “JS Delay” is disabled, there should be no conflicts with the pre-loader.
    2. Locate and exclude JS files responsible for the pre-loader from JS Delay option. Here is how.

    Will you please kindly give more details about the request “I excluded Elementor + Elementor pro from JS and 10 web deleted all optimized pages at all”? We will do our best to assist you further with the request.

    thanks for answering me
    actually i deleted preloading and tried exculde many js files , but still animation fade in up of elementor , doesn’t look good on website
    do you have any idea which JS file i need to exculde to solve this issue ?

    Thank you for getting back to us.

    Unfortunately we cannot advise on the exact JS file to exclude. However in case you are facing issues with it, you can proceed with excluding the full plugin from JS Delay option.
