issue in Exclude URLs

    Hi

    when go to search and try search for any thing , it send to you to login page,

    but I did not need to restrict this page , and when I try add to Exclude URLs will not work because the URL include the keyword for that search , then every time it will be changed regarding keyword search , how I can solve this ?
