Issue in Placing Order

    Hello,

    I have setup manual payment option. I am facing a small issue. When I click on Place Order button on lp-checkout page, it takes me to new page (…….lp-checkout/lp-order-received/57?key=order583da3325d992) but there i see an error “Oops! That page can’t be found.
    It looks like nothing was found at this location. Maybe try a search?”.

    Can anyone help please?

    I have solved this issue by installing Older version and then updated the plugin. It has resolved this issue. But now I have another issue. After completing the order, when I go to LP Profile page, under Courses = All = I see following error. I have no idea what to do ?
