Issue in programmatically created products attribute

Hello all,

I am creating products in WordPress programmatically. Everything seems ok but the shop page filter(https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/image/25251620?key=fe3be92692d4680a4090f73e87ec8068
) by attribute name is not working with these products. If we open these products in wp-admin (https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/image/25251916?key=edfc836fa5432fe77a146d7d40985c3c)and save attributes then it is working. I am not sure what is the issue. Please suggest me.
