Cached JS Assets Causing Issue with Launching Course Builder

Hi,
Course Builder will not load. I have tried clearing the cache (Google Chrome & Microsoft Edge). I have also Empty Cached and Hard Reload to no avail. I am seeking a remedy to launching Course Builder, stopping cached JS assets or another way to Add / Edit / Remove Sections.
