  • Hi @davidmillerkam123,

The issue sounds more specific to your website. If it’s an Apache server, please check if there are any custom rules in the .htaccess file might be causing the problem.

The .htaccess file is located inside the root directory, ie, where you have the /wp-content, /wp-admin & /wp-includes folders. You can check this for the default rules:
    https://developer.ww.wp.xz.cn/advanced-administration/server/web-server/httpd/

If there are no custom rules, another possibility would be to be more specific within the theme itself. Did you try to rule out that the issue isn’t due to the theme? Don’t see you mentioning ruling out the theme.

It would be better to set up a staging site and check if that could help in ruling out the issue by disabling all the plugins and using a default WP theme, which should help in ruling out if it’s a server or plugin/theme-specific issue.

You can check with your hosting provider if they can setup a staging site or can check these plugins to set it up:

    Regards,

    Nithin
