Issue Not receiving emails ASAP

Hello, the plugin havaing an issue, I don’t receiving emails of expired products anymore.
1) I did check all the setting – it is active.
2) I did check troubles shooting by: https://publishpress.com/knowledge-base/troubleshooting-unpublish/ no issues
3) I did check with the server, and they said “We have tried sending emails from wp mail and not getting any error please seek plug in support.Please can you fix the issue? I’m looking forward for your answer and let me know how can I send you loom screenrecoring IN PRIVATE with all the steps I been taking to fix this issue.
