@behradabbasi I checked your website and it loads fine on both desktop and mobile views. I assume you deactivated it? Please re-enable it in “Test Mode” and I could skip it via /?wpacu_skip_test_mode and notice any issues there. Your visitors will continue to view the pages as if the plugin is disabled. Let me know when you will be able to do that and I’ll debug it for you. I have a suspicion it’s not an Asset CleanUp issue.
I enabled the plugin On my website it seems like the problem is with cache or something in some browsers just loads logo when I clear the cache in that browser it seems back to normal but in google page speed insights it always shows my website logo and nothing else How can we solve this problem
lso remove any cached CSS/JS files from /wp-content/cache/asset-cleanup/ (please be careful as there might be cached pages – e.g. people previewing your page via Google Cache – still making reference to the CSS/JS files, you can leave it unchecked if you are not about it)
I think I ticked this before removal Can it be source of the problem ? how can i fix this
@behradabbasi if you just removed files from /wp-content/cache/asset-cleanup/ without going through the cache clearing link from Asset CleanUp then there’s a chance some of those files were requested from cached pages and obviously, the page would look broken.
I’ve checked now your website by appending /?wpacu_skip_test_mode to the URL and everything works fine in both mobile and desktop view. Can you please check it out? If it’s still broken, please make some print screens and share them via https://imgbb.com/ – also, it’s a good thing to check any errors showing up in the browser’s console (in Chrome, it’s right-clicking, then “Inspect”, and then click on the “Console” tab).
