wc_print_notice() is a default WooCommerce function, and it should be available since 2.1 version of WC
Are you using YOAST Seo on your installation?
Sometimes we encountered similar problems with yoast, but the quickier solution was always to add a check over function existance before to call it

The only way around this was to deactivate plugin, did what i needed to do to edit page, then reactivate since that error message won’t display rest of the edit page correctly….
