Are you using the very latest versions of both EDD and EDD Download Images? I’ll take a look.
Just tested and it seems to work fine over here. Let me know on the above!
We were one step behind on EDD so I just updated. Retested and still having the issue. I set images A, B, C. On saving only A and C are saved. I then readd B and save and all are saved.
Sounds very similar to an issue we had a year ago. See thread I posted in the first post. So I’m wondering if it is related.
What other information do you need? And/or what test can I do?

Does it behave like that if you add a brand new download in EDD?
