Issue sent message

Hello,
We have a problem that occurs from time to time and alternatively. Some customers complain that they do not receive an answer to their question after completing the contact form on our website.
After checking, we never received their question by email. It doesn’t happen often, but it does happen.
Is there any way to get a specific log to check? We use the mandrill service to manage the sending of emails.
