Issue since the last update

I guys,
I am having warning messages since the last update about changes that I did not make. And my hosting provider told me that can be because of some issue with the iThemes Security plugin. Here you can see screenshot:

Any help please with that? Since my hosting provider can’t tell me that there were real changes, I’d like to know if I should take that as a proof my site is compromised or just a bug from the plugin.
