Hi there,
Thanks for writing in with your question and for providing that screen recording, that is super helpful for understanding what might be going on.
This issue is usually related to the breakpoints incorrectly being read which causes the calendar to initially load in mobile view.
Can you please make sure that you have your W3 Total Cache set up according to this guide: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/using-the-events-calendar-with-w3tc/
Please let me know if adjusting your caching setting resolves this for you!
Best,
Sam
hello. The section Minify settings in the tutorial you shared have a broken image and i can’t set that

Hi @vickkmartinez
Thank you for sharing the information. I have already notified the team responsible for managing our knowledgebase articles.
In the meantime, you can set the Never minify the following pages from Performance > Minify > Advanced, to /events/ and /event/, and see that resolves the issue.

I did this and the issue still happens. I even try deactivating almost all the plugins i am using

Hi there,
Thanks for giving that a try. Just to clarify, did you also try adding those suggested exclusions to your cache?
Best,
Sam
Yes, I already did that 🙁

Hi @vickkmartinez
Could you try activating only our plugins and use a default theme like 2020 theme and check if that makes a difference? [see Testing Conflicts]
If it improves the situation, you can re-activate your plugins one by one and see which one is causing the issue.
If the previous suggestion did not work, do you have any server-side caching enabled? If yes, could you please try temporarily disabling it and see if it solves the issue?
Let me know how it goes.
Hello. I realized it was an issue with my child theme it’s working propperly now 🙂 Thank you!

Hi @vickkmartinez
Thanks for your confirmation and I’m glad that it is now working.
If you have some time to review, that would be amazing!
