Issue using buttons

Hello

For a good while now I cannot use buttons when building my page. Upon inserting one I get all sorts of errors in the console and attempting to make changes to the button (colour, shape, etc…) does nothing. When saving the page the button looks like it’s been removed but it’s still there, just hidden.

I am using the latest version 6.19.7. I have also deleted and reinstalled the plugin.

Hello,

Could you please try disabling your plugins one by one to check if there’s a plugin conflict? You may also switch to a default WordPress theme temporarily to see if the issue persists.

We tested this on our end but were unable to replicate the issue.

Before making any changes, please ensure you create a backup of your site.

Hello

I have the Twenty Seventeen theme installed. I replaced it with the Twenty Twenty-Five theme and I still have the same issue.

I have the following plugins, disabling them did not fix the issue. Before the issue began, I’ve ran the same theme and plugins for a couple of years without any issues.

Hello,

We recommend deactivating and deleting the Lite plugin, then reinstalling it to see if that resolves the issue.

Additionally, you can test the Button Block on a new landing page and enable Isolation Mode in the Page Settings.

If the issue persists, please generate the PHP error logs from your server and share them in your next reply so we can investigate further.
