Issue using coupons with Woocommerce Subscriptions

    I’m trying to setup a first time coupon to use with synchronized renewal subscriptions.

    Our coupons are set to “Cart %” discount, which should deduct for the first week only.

    But if the person doesn’t buy the subscription on our synchronized renewal day, then they receive an error using the coupon because the subtotal is $0.00.

    How do I get the coupon to take a percentage off their first billing week, versus the carts subtotal?

    Please open a support ticket with the developers of the subscriptions plugin you’re using. If it’s the one developer by Woo, that’d be at https://woocommerce.com/my-account/tickets

    The reason for this is this support forum is only for the functionality provided by core WooCommerce plugin.
