    Hello, I was told to contact you on this forum by one of your email teams. I am having an issue with your filter plugin. When I go back through the breadcrumb to a product sub-category / category page, the products never clear from selection. No matter what filter is selected in the side bar, which ever category I clicked through will always show up in the results. You can see the issue first hand here : https://www.happy-monti.com/product/anatomy-of-a-bird-3-part-cards/ From this link, click through the breadcrumb to zoology or science and then click a completely different category in the sidebar (i.e. language which should only have 2 items), all the zoology / science results will be included in the selection. I don’t know why this is happening. Do I need to add something to make the plugin know to clear the old category when the new category is being loaded?

    Hello there!
    I hope you are well 🙂

    In this case it seems your site is having some sort of conflict. To discard this, please, make a test using a wp default theme and only woocomerce and ajax filters as active plugins, then check if the error persists, if not, enable back the plugins one by one and check if any of them creates the issue.

    I have done several tests and found that the underlying issue is being caused by the url slug – I don’t have an option to manually set it. Can you tell me where the SEO options are, I don’t have them on my dashboard, but I know they are supposed to be there.
