Issue while importing starter template

    Hello Team,

    While importing 1 of the complete site from starter template plugin for my website, which is running on local machine getting below error after few runs of installation messages

    Your website is facing a temporary issue in connecting the template server

    Can you please suggest what shall I do in order to fix this. Let me know if I need to provide some more information.

    Wordpress version : 5.7
    Browser : Google chrome, I tried with opera still an issue
    OS : Windows 7

    Step to recreate :

    1: Install and activate astra theme under appearence (Version: 3.2.0)
    2: Install and activate elementor plugin (Version 3.1.4)
    3: Install and activate starter template plugin (Version 2.6.2)
    4: Inside starter template select one of the template and click “import complete website”
    5: After few messages in progress window it fails with message

    Your website is facing a temporary issue in connecting the template server

    Hi @hargunsinghsuri,

    Please make sure that your system meets the system requirements, as mentioned in this doc to run the Starter Template plugin smoothly.

    And also, I know this sounds silly, but just in case. Since you are on local, please make sure that your internet connection is capable and run without any issue while importing the Starter Template.

    Hi my system is meeting the requirement as mentioned, not sure what is still causing this issue.

    Hi @hargunsinghsuri,

    What if you try to download and install all of the required plugins manually. After that try to reimport the Starter Template again. And make sure that you only activate the required plugins. See if it works for you.

    Also, would you please let me know what Starter Template you were trying to import? I will try it on my local and see how it goes.
