Issue while importing users

    Hi, for some time now, when I import users with a CSV file, only the first line of the file is taken into account (see image below), not the others. What’s more, the email I’ve set up is no longer being sent either. Everything was working perfectly before, can you help me?

    Did you change something about do not updated users? The plugin is working properly, you should have changed anything surely.

    The question is for you. You are telling the plugin to no update users. So maybe you are trying to upload users that already exists.

    Check your CSV also.

    As I told you: nothing has changed in the plugin and hundreds of users are using the plugin without problems… so there is something in your side.

    No, that’s not the case, I haven’t changed anything. I only import new users, in my CSV there are 3 new users, only the first line is imported each time. In addition, the email is not sent to this user…

    Have you checked the PHP error log?

    Please do not share this kind of info here.

    Anyway, as you can see, there is no relation between the errors and this plugin.

    Have you tried to do some debug using Health Check & Troubleshooting
