Issue while replacing a plugin

Often when I need to replace a plugin with an upload plugin, for examnple when a developer made a fix, provide a link and ask to test the plugin, Adminify showed a wrong page.

It load a page to upload the plugin after the plugin has been uploaded and sometimes give also a error that deactivate the uploaded plugin so I need reupload.

I hope you can improve and fix this issues.
