Issue with '&'

Any sentences containing an ampersand (“&”) are being dropped from displaying.

As an example, this post: http://www.bikeworldnews.com/2016/04/12/speedvagen-announces-first-bike-ready-made-program/

contains this line of text:
<li>2 iconic color options – Matte Army & Matte Lavender.</li>

It is the second bullet in the first unordered list.

As can be seen in the post, it’s not displaying. The entire line just gets replaced by ‘<li/>’

All I can think is that I’m using the Yoast SEO plugin with AMP and something is getting parsed out.

Any ideas?
