Issue with 502 timeout with WPEngine Hosting

    Hi, Love your plugin…

    However, I am using the very popular WPengine for hosting…. Your plugin is causing a 502 error on their system.

    With the popularity of WPengine, this may be an issue you would like to address… Here is what their support staff said:

    I would recommend asking the plugin developer if there is anything that can be done to avoid a server 502 time out on WP Engine. Unfortunately we aren’t able to turn off our kill script if process takes too long

    Is there any details I can provide of what is causing it…

    Thanks you for letting me know about that.
    When does the error occur?. On every file upload? Or when you activate the plugin?
    Can you / WPEngnine provide the relative error log?
