Can’t uninstall a plugin

    Hello,

    A simple question : i can’t obtain the way to uninstall a plugin from the author.
    (nb : if i use the normal uninstall option in the plugins menu , there are still some must use plugin and stuff in htacces).
    this plugin is a security plugin and did some encryption of data in wp-config and put it out of this folder, thats why for example a must-use plugin is created.

    Anyway, there are no infos to unistall this plugin entierly, and the support on ww.wp.xz.cn is desert for month.
    I seriously don’t want to rewrite my htacces and wp-config.

    The last contact via mail with the author was not concluent…

    What should i do ?

    Please identify exactly which plugin you are using and then post in that plugin’s dedicated forum via its page in the Plugin Repository.

    I tolded you that i posted 5 month ago questions/support in the plugin forum and no answers since. Same for others users.
    (I asked recently how remove this plugin by the way i have to say.)

    Thats why, after speacking wit the author via mail, i posted here…

    Just want to know how remove entierly this plugin.

    That plugin seems to be actively maintained by its developers. In fact, looks like it was updated as recent as last week.

    Also, the sub-support forum of this plugin seems to be currently active.

    I recommend try asking at https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/plugin/secupress so the plugin’s developers and support community can help you with this.

    I ve done this, thats why i am here.
    If you look carefully the support the last 15 threads are leaved without support for many months.(but one i think)

    Then, when i ask by mail the author how to remove this plugin because of an issue, he didn’t answer me about that,just the issue and the bug.

    When i mentionned with a second mail that my threads are empty for four months and i needed to remove entierly this plugin, he took that very bad and told me that i will wait again 4 months. And of course did’nt tell me how to remove entierly this plugin.

    So, i posted some threads 5 months ago in the approriate support without answers from the author.
    Then because of issues recently i asked on the support ww.wp.xz.cn IN the appropriate support.
    Then i asked him threee times by mail last days (cause i was in hurry) how to remove it.no answers for that.

    Once gain that’s why i’am here.
