    Hi

Is possible to exclude the administration sign-in alert when user has specific permission like manage_options? my problem is I set that permission to user who needs to access just one option, but now wordfence thinks that the user is administrator, it’s not because I set role Editor…
I want to also learn more is possible to exclude that alert from specific user?

    Best Regards

    Hi @pengi123,

If a user role is given an elevated permission, or different permissions to the WordPress defaults by using a user role editor plugin, Wordfence will see that user at the level of their highest permission to my understanding. You can try to mitigate your email alert quantity by selecting “Only alert me when that administrator signs in from a new device” in Wordfence > All Options > Email Alert Preferences for now.

I will put forward the idea of picking whether a user roles is considered an administrator to the development team, as all customer suggestions are discussed. I can’t comment here on the forums whether it will definitely be included or speculate on a delivery date.

    Thanks,

    Peter.
