    I have found the following let’s say I do have two services to offer one takes 4 hours and the other takes one hour.

    I offer free time slots from 16:00 till 19:59, have just one worker and location.

    When anybody makes an appointment let’s say at 17:00 for the one hour service. Another user can make a 4 hour appointment starting at 16:00 although the worker has already an appointment at 17:00.

    When I set the time slot of the worker to 16:00 till 20:00 someone can make a 4 hour reservation starting at 20:00 which is also not possible.

    Is this a feature or a bug?

    I think I found the solution already, at the customize settings page the first option needs to be unchecked in order to prove if the worker is available.

    However it would be nice to receive an answer about my question in regards to the time settings 19:59 vs. 20:00 … When I set a time slot of a worker from 16:00 till 20:00 – someone can make a reservation starting at 20:00 which should not be possible as the worker finishes his work that time. So only those starting times for a booked service should be displayed that will fit into the workers working hours.
